JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Provide technical expertise for a multitude of critical technological skills and/or core business applications used.   
•Work closely with customers and other project team member to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs; then participate in the development of systems requirements and design specifications; help refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design.
•Effectively communicate with customers and management throughout the project lifecycle.  Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed and resolved in a timely manner.  Ensure accurate project status is always known and communicated.
•Provide technical support to customers and ITT members to full satisfy their needs.  Assist customers in the preparation of user documentation and training materials.
•Assist project team with determining the appropriate technical platform (hardware and software) for new applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:
•Experience with SQL, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML, JavaScript
•Experience with collaborative development tools such as Visual Studio.NET, Visual SourceSafe, and Query Analyzer
•Demonstrated competency in designing, programming and testing complex applications or components
•Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing thorough, accurate and detailed schedule estimates
•Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
•Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
•Experience with C#.NET, Oracle, XML/XSLT, VBScript, ASP, Java, JSP, BizTalk Server
•Knowledge of restaurant business
•3 – 5 years of programming/analysis experience
•BS / BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or Engineering
