Team EITC is looking for a Software Developer to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and become a member of a dynamic development, installation and support team primarily responsible for development of Workflows and Web Parts to automate existing and future business processes The qualified candidate shall be team oriented and a self starter. Candidate will be directly responsible for portal based workflow design and development.. These activities will include all tasks required to perform requirements gathering, design, installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, performance management, data management, security management, troubleshooting, failure analysis and recovery, and user support. This position may requires travel.

Candidate must have an existing TS/SCI clearance.

Background & Experience:
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years Software Development in a .NET language.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot configuration and/or complex system problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; acting as a vendor liason, making customer/client presentations, and working closely with management.
- Windows Workflow Foundations experience
- SharePoint 2003 and MOSS 2007 experience
- Windows development experience
- Understanding of network and server security
- Familiarity with SOA concepts

Required:
TS/SCI Clearance and meet the requirements of DCID 6/4. Must possess 4-6 years of experience in information technologies work to include 4 in-depth years experience in web application development with an understanding of IIS management, Database Design and implementation. Designing, Developing and implementing workflows in the automation of business process is a must.

Desired:
The ideal candidate will have experience with CAPTARIS 6.5 and Windows Workflow Foundations. Including Web Part development and and understanding of automation of existing business processes. C# programming and experience with ALL .NET frameworks. A BS in a technical degree is desired.
