President
Roy Lawson is a Senior .Net Consultant at Catapult Systems and a principal consultant at SDS.  He is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer in .Net and has worked as a developer for organizations in retail, financial services, manufacturing, and government.  He has also used .Net since the first version of the framework.

Roy's current interests include WCF, CodeSmith, and innovations out of Microsoft's PnP group.  He is interested in expanding use of technology throughout Lakeland and engaging the community on the importance of building a vibrant local high-tech industry and supporting workforce.
  

Vice President
Charles Pell is Senior .NET Developer for InsureTech, Inc./DBA Diversified Retirement Solutions, Inc.  He has been working with .NET since its release and has been in the IT Industry since 1996.  Charles accomplishments include winning the “Best Use of XML” award at Microsoft Exchange Conference 2001 for InsureTech Pizzazz™ a CRM/KM solution based on Acord XML specifications.

Charles is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer and is currently developing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server solutions for non-profits and the financial services industry.
